Neptune Lifesaving Club is surrounded by some of the best and most beautiful training facilities around.
Swimming
Doing laps of the crystal clear saltwater Talle Creek is surely better than a crowded chlorinated 25m pool in suburbia. Enjoy looking at schools of fish rather than a black line!
Running/Walking
The GC walkpath stretches for miles and miles to the north, highlighted by the spectacular Burleigh Mountain. 4km return to Burleigh and 8km return to Miami Mountain. Or if you prefer the beach, head south to Currumbin Creek.
Bike Riding
Gold Coast Highway is frequented by many cyclists in the early hours. If you are a bit more adventurous then there is always the climb up to Springbrook and magnificent Best of All Lookout.
Surfcraft
The flat waters of Talle Creek are the perfect place to hone your surf craft skills, whether a board, kayak or Stand-up Paddle Board (SUP). The small waves inside the mouth are perfect for beginners while Burleigh or Tallebudgera Surf Beaches are close by for the more advanced.
